  • How to start the operation with Voltari?
    • The first phase consists of steps of the diagnostic features of the procurement process to be developed, seeking to improve the flow and generate results in a strategic way. The second phase corresponds to Strategic Sourcing, corresponding to the stage where the strategy is put into practice in the procurement process. At this stage, we use information that was cleared at the stage of diagnosis, starting with the base line. After creation of the base line, and its validation from participants in the process, begins the development of internal requirements (Sourcing tool kit Diagnosis and Base line - current numbers: purchase and process costs; calculation of benefits, Road Map, etc.).
